Do B&M drain plug inserts leak??
wondering if the B&M plug inserts leak?? I am to buy a PML pan later but right now a drain plug will have to do..
I am to do a manual flush/oil change and adjust the bands/etc.. use the B&M drain plug to save the good oil in a few months when I change out the pan..
ps: As I am working on the WALBRO/FILTER setup right now...

How about using the little EGT probe fitting that came with your gauges that you did not use? The little fitting used with the hose clamp to install the EGT probe into the exhaust pipe instead of the manifold. The tranny temp sender screws right in and if you can get it welded in, it will not leak. And you will find a use for one of the extra parts that came with your gauges.
Oh, and by the way. I had one in my '66 Nova and did not have a single drip come from the B&M plug.
