http://thedieselgarage.com/projects/...c/tirecalc.htm This one shows rear wheel and crank numbers, little lower then your calculator but this one was within 2HP of my old dyno numbers/track times.

No weights on wheels and rocks were cleaned out. That would be a nice crack to the skull.

515hp seems pretty high even for the 4.2beta. I ran the 4.4 beta (not quite as powerfull ) with stock turbo and stix's and the best i could put down was 443hp. With your numbers your scaring me away from getting injectors and an MP8

I beg to differ w/ sticks and the stock turbo, Ive ran 545hp, 539hp, and 552hp, but Im also about 4000ft lower in elevation

Elevation at the dyno was about 4500'. If last time was high you would think others would be high also. On this day the others trucks saw slight gains. I don't know how the dyno operates or programs but I assume the set up should be the same as last time.

It's very possible that the time before their was just an error on your trucks run(s). The 515HP just isnt possible with the stock turbo, your numbers seem very normal.

With 552 horsepower a truck should be able to run like a 12.75 in the 1/4. The best I have seen out of a stock turbo dodge on #2 doesnt come close to that. On a dyno with a huge correction factor or something yeah its easy to "play" with things to make it show that number but in the real world theirs just no way. This is where dyno's are so confusing. I've seen truck hit 720 on one dyno, then almost 100 hp less on another. Alot of shops will want higher numbers so their customers are happy and sadly enough that makes for some funny numbers.

500hp on a commonrail with a stock turbo is done easier than you seem to think.
