Not being an jerk or anything but getting rid of your 5" lift and 35" tires would help a lot.

Injectors would help, especially since that sixgun runs pressure. A fully built tranny could help you if you're not too busy with your foot in it! And basically reviewing your driving manners and make some changes. My six gun yielde me better mileage than the Smarty does, but I'm running more power than the banks could put out, so I'm still happy with my 18mpg.

Those 13.5" wide tires are whats killing you. I lost 3.5 mpg going with 12.5's. Be glad it is not a gasser, you would be 8 mpg with that lift and tires. You could always put 75psi pressure in your tires, that would help a lot

Look at one of those hydrogen systems, I do not know anyone who has one or has had one but they claim 25% better economy. I think it is snake oil but it may be what you are looking for.

what setting on the banks? i don't have much experience with them and kind of steer clear of them but won't go down that road. i lost 3mpg with this winter fuel and got most of it back with the smarty. i can't wait for summer fuel to come back so i can be back to normal.
