Did i set his hops to high?
Well i may have steered a kid wrong and really got his hops up. I am still learning common rails right now so keep that in mind. He asked me the route i would take or a good combo at a good price. He has a 2004 dodge 3500 dually 4x4 6 spd. This is the cheapest way i could think of for what he wanted.
phat shaft 64 1300
feramic clutch 1300
tst powermax cr 600
Prices were a stab in the dark. So am i way off base or close? Let me have it. I also told him with this setup he could have a 500hp truck if he can get the fuel to it, such as rail and fp. okay did i steer him wrong?

predator/stack $380 quadzilla boost fooler $? and with the money you save buy some don m flux 2 around $1050...DIY CP3 pump (cheap stage one) and he will be at 600 with the walbro 392 set at 30psi at idle with some gauges of course.

He has gauges. Boost, pyro, and tranny. Dont ask me why he has a tranny temp, i met him about 3 weeks ago and the idiots got to him before i could.
He has a powerpup and i told him i could get scary larry or crazy larry, which do you guys reccommend? How exactly do i get those programs? I know the roundabout but where can i get exact instructions?
I didnt want to tell him to get a 66 because i am trying to get him a tame truck that pulls and rides nice but it is there when he calls on it.
So what would you guys run for a 500 hp combo. Remember he want to keep it cheap and reliable.
I think i may have to explain the whole egt thing to him.
