Anyone know, Is it available to the average person? The computers dodge uses to diag the engines? Going to the cummins web site has me believing that Insite will read the ecm. if that is the case then i can do it at workk anyway. But id like to be able to do my own diag test instead of depending on the dealer

I have a Genisys. Shop on ebay, otc scan tools, sometimes they go reasonable.

Maybe i didnt say what i meant, I have a "scan" tool, I can read tc and all that good stuff. Im lookkin for a deal to run test and the like
