A buddie is wanting to buy that diablo stack combo.anybody running that setup. i have heard it makes good power.but i just wanted to get some input. he has a quadzilla but it throws a fuel dilvery code when he stay on it. and he getting tired of it. doesnt want a smarty cause of the cost.any feed back will be great..

What year truck is it? They have a little better result with 03-04 than 04.5 and up. That is a good stack and a quality product. It will work well. Diablo has poor customer service in my opinion if that matters. I use the puck with the smarty and it works well.

Did he figure out what is causing the code? I have a hard time believing it is the Quad product causing it. It could be tripping it because the fuel system cannot keep up with the fuel the Quad is commanding... if that is the case, it'll happen with any power adder.

Maybe he needs a lift pump. I REALLY like my Predator on my HO. A turbo and exhaust is needed (no matter which power mod) to get the best out of it - the stock HO turbo and muffler are TERRIBLE. I wouldn't get the Puck again - I don't use it. I can get 200 hp out of the Pred Custom tunes and better driveability than any of the stack tunes and I'd rather not add any more pressure with the puck. I also use a boost fooler. Craig

Yep, I like mine. Been running the puffer/rkl tune (non stack) with the puck on high for 60k miles or so now without a hitch.
