Death wabble ?
I just recently installed some of top gun customs 3 inch spacers and two inch block in the rear, and now from time to time i get a death wabble. It only happens when im going 75 mph plus. When i took the truck in for alignment i had them check the track bar and they said it was fine. What do you guys think. Thanks Joel

Might put an aftermarket steering stabilizer or what tires are you running. I had the same problem and basically had a whole new front end put in until i decided to take off my 315 bfg all-terrains and put stock tires back on it. after i took the tires off no death wobble. Now I have 305 toyos and still no death wobble.

I had my 04.5 have the death wobble thing. It was lifted 2" in the front with stock tires. I did have it alighned after the 2" spacer install. Guess what, I still had death wobble. Next step for me was to trade truck off. Now I have an 06 and I will keep it stock till the day she gets traded. I have run chips, lifted them and the one thing that I

I had 315's on stock wheels, and had no sign of Dwobble until my tires started to wear funny and get old. Then it got worse when I put a hell bent steel 2" spacer kit on. It would Dwobble real quick. Then I went and put a hair bit bigger size tires, 35x12.5 bfg mt's, bilstein 5100's, and took it to get aligned........
Then I found out my ball joints and track bar were worn out, so I paid$$$$ and now the truck drives good. 95+mph and no Dwobble!

However my truck does have 82k mile on it, but I dont think the larger tires helped the balljoints and track bar any. I too am wondering how I can get further protection from Dwobble with my kit? Any other parts to make it safer?

Lot of reasons for DW but on my 96 I had it bad turned out to be the track bar and replaced it only to kill another the same way. What I found was the bigger and soft sidewalls of the tires and increased angle of the locating links was causing it. The soft tires would get it started so I went back to stock tires, that cut the amount it happened but still had it. Next pulled the 2" spacers and never had it happen anymore.\
The Jeep guys that I ride with have it all the time so it pushes them to long arms and next thing you know the DW is gone. It would look like one of the big things is the angle of the arms and they don't know to push back or up if you know what I mean. On the trail you see someone on the rocks and as you try to push the tire up the rock the axle will go back and down vs lifting the jeep. Jeep looks cool because it looks like a 10" lift in the front.

Sorry I havent updated my sig i now have an 03 short box with BFG AT (hummer take off) I just made a 800 mile trip without any death wabble, but now i have a slight vibration that seems to be comming from the rear end. The vibration goes away when coasting or on the throttle but comes right back when cursing what do you guys think now. Thanks Joel
