Thanks!
I removed the plastic dash covering to expose the "sub-dash" beneath. On this sub-dash you will see a bolt securing the sub-dash to the truck. I drilled a hole in the side of this mounting area, though not close enough to affect the mount, kind of on the side of it. I ran the wires through there over to the HVAC run, then down the HVAC run to the underside of the dash. Now the HVAC run has a tube in it for the warm air to travel. It was kinda tricky to run the wiring and get the pod set right, but take your time and you'll do fine.

P.S. Buy a two foot long flexible wire grabber at the auto parts store---invaluable.

Yeah, the dash mount is great. You can see mine in my gallery. Very easy to install, I got mine from diesel manor, with the tranny cooler line upgrade. I ran my wires down the left opening of the dash, this made it very easy to work with and hide the boxes under the dash.

I love the dash mount too. The kit from Diesel Manor is one of the best. I actually made another aluminum mount for the gauge pod to mount to the dash. I did this just to get a little better fit. Take your time.

Is anyone running the 2 gauge setup ontop of the steering column? I'm looking to install a rail pressure and a fuel pressure gauge and I really don't want to hang just 2 gauges from my rear view mirror.

How much of your view of the instrument cluster is blocked by having 2 gauges there?
