Questioned earlier in the thread, but regardless, ditch the 35's and run stock tires next time around.

31 psi is pretty high for a boosted launch, however I've typically been able to boost up much higher than most say they will on this forum without having anything break. Now I may have just been lucky, or may not know if I even hurt anything, but nevertheless boosting at anything close to that much is only going to result in some sort of failure.

If it were me, cause I won't roll stock wheels and its a pain to switch them, I'd just spend more $$ on parts! LOL

BTW boosting up that high is not only bad for your trans, but your transfer case as well!

Oh and when I first got into diesel one of my good buddies had a 6.0 Ford with the same Banks Six Gun as I originally had. he might have had an intake and better exhaust than I did at the time, but his was quite a bit faster.

Thats because Banks made us their pawns back then. The 03-04 versions were just utter failures. Its bad when you have a power adder like the banks and it wouldn't even go past 1,050* wide open. Nice low safe temps, but come on, I like some scald with my monkey!!!

don't have time to read 3 pages but my buddy with heavy modded lightning (tune, pulley, full headers with exhaust drag tires and suspen) he put down 450 hp and like 500 tq to the wheels. he will walk me very slowly if I don't use my lock up switch. if I lock it up as soon as I launch I will walk he slowly and beat him by about 1.5 cars in the quater mile. hes in the 12's....for what its worth. put a lock up switch in and lock the converter up as soon as your moving and he wont pull on you if you guys are that close. TRUST ME !!!

Your stage IV trans doesn't have a billet intermediate or output shafts. Stage V and VI do. You need more air too what does your EGT's look like?

Your rail is draining, your 60' times were probably pretty good but would lack enough fuel for the top end.
