Could wires on EDGE PYRO be mixed up?

Could wires on EDGE PYRO be mixed up?
I wonder if my pyro is shot. they sent me another 1 i have 3 now. all measure different ohmage (ohms). also if you switch 2 wires on pyro different readings come on my multimeter. i wonder if i have wires mixed up on pyro. theres 2 wires different lengths. could i be wrong?
In truck now i get 1500 egt when passing someone on level 0 stock. 1-6 get progressively worse as i get higher. with only 23 psi boost max....If i crimp airline on wastegate i get 30 psi boost and COOLER EGTS BIG time.
I have a 2004.5 with 325hp 600 series so i have electronic wastegate with air line
