They have the ST and the STT i think that the STT is the more rugged of the two.

Brad, Man you must have been running billet steel in your truck to half wearout these tires in 12k miles.

I towed very heavy for over 60k miles and drag raced a whole summer and they still had some left when I took them off at near. I got 100k km on the stock goodyears, 50k km on my Cooper MandS and they were gone...snow tires in July is not a good idea....and just over 165k km on the Cooper ST's....they are an agressive mud and snow tire...the STT is a very aggressive mud tire. ks

Thumbs up

guys sorry for being so late to post back. well i got my tires orderd the other day. now i just have to wate on my wheels. I hope the cooper ATR do good in snow. I live in missouri and some years we get some good snow. some times 12 inches etc. I know that is not very much. but when i had my 04 truck i put on some of the factory BFG LT 265/70/17 tires. let me tell you those tires were not worth a crap in the snow. So i hope i did good buying the coopers. To the guy that asked wear i orderd them. I will find out and post it tomarrow after i find out how much they were with tax etc. thanks again guys. Mopar72

I just put 285-70-17 Cooper ATRs on my truck last nite. $830 mounted and ballenced. Even though they are a load range D tire they are stil rated as high as the stock range E tires. They are rated at 3195#. I was gona put the STTs on but decided to go with the longer wearing ATRs so that I dont have to put new ones on in a year again. Hopefully they do good in snow as the groud just turned white tonight.
