Consensus? REVO get to 4.4 level.
Ok. I want to try the REVO, but I want to get up to as close as possible to my 4.4 without the dangerous rail pressures. Can it be done? What settings? TIA.

Is 4.4 RP realy that high? I've been running a Quad box for the better part of 35K,& my inj. are still OK I think. Is 4.4 going to kill them? & yes, I'm getting a RP gauge soon. I've been running 4.4 for about 2K now. 1/2 of it hauling my slide in with no problems so far.

Its not that its excessively high, it just ramps up quicker. Supposedly on the Revo/TNT there has to be the right supporting mods to work correctly, but the 4.4 doesn't.

i've been running TNT rp3 for about the past month and my rp hovers around 20,000 at cruising. i thought that was ok until i read a recent thread where don m said that kind of rp is unhealthy for the injectors. today i switched to rp2 and that put my pressure right where he said the ideal range is. i've never run the 4.4 but TNT sw9,tm3, timing3, and rp3 ran very well on my truck. rp2 also runs very good.

So far I've run with the 4.11 aftermarket turbo, & my truck smoked prety bad,& wouldn't spool my turbo past 38#. I then tried the 4.11 aftermarket turbo/inj. & it ran a little better. Then I got 4.4, & my truck hasn't run this good ever. I can hit 42# now, & there is allmost no smoke between 10#, & 40# boost. It hases a little @ WOT. I don't know what to do. I just don't want to wreck my injecters. Anyone know what RP you get with a Quad @ cruze? Before smarty, & ran one for a long time.

With an Quad X2 std. and the pressure tune the times I have ran it down the road it was at 18,000 psi. That was on #2, still #3 & 4 left. So with mild pressure and the Smarty 4.11 aftermarket turbo it is fine. The great thing about it is adjustability on the fly with a RP gauge to boo. I like it.

Closest I got was TnT, Level 7, TM=3, Timing = 2, RP = 3 (4 for track / racing), WG = off...pretty close, just need to use more throttle as it's much smoother and the power curve shifts to the right (higher up)...that being said, rp = 3 is very similiar to 4.4 on rp at cruise.....and when i dropped to rp = 2 (to lower rp at cruise), it took a big hit and lost it's 4.4 like power / drivability....

I completely agree, like I said before you need supporting mods to get the full TNT experience, like a CP3 upgrade and lift pump to take advantage of the TNT. If you dont stick with the 4.4.

Just from last weekends runs at IRP on the 1/4 my truck ran faster with the TNT Revo than it did with the 4.2. Less smoke faster times. I had to turn down the settings to improver my times but it worked. SW7 rp1 tm 2 tq 3 worked for several sub 13 sec. runs with egts around 1500+/-. Haven't dyno'd with it but it feels good.
