confused/ boost

I hope this is not a stupid question.

I can reach 39 psi of boost by 80 mph (wot). I want more power but would that mean that I reach max boost earlier and just have to shut down earlier? I know this is not true because you guys do it. Help me understand what to do next.

thanks

39psi is prolly a good amount of boost at that speed. Spiking the boost to 45psi is about as much as you can safely ask of your stock turbo.

More boost means bigger turbo, more fuel, aggressive cam, fuel rail modifications, injectors, head studs .............where will it end?

Only your checkbook can answer that.

If you like the way it runs and it doesn't break down, leave it be and drive it, your good to go.

I'd say you're ready for bigger injectors.

Stack modules, smarty, bigger injectors, better fuel system. Tons of answers. Too many options to pick just one!
