computer 06 5.9
if i unhook my batterys will that reset my computer to clear anything my smarty left after i put it back to stock

Simple answer, Disconnecting batterys does not clear the ECM. BUT the Smarty is not supposed to leave any type of footprint. Just take it in with the Smarty unloaded and hope they do not dig deep.
