Common Rail EDM Injectors
Can anyone that has these or has used them can you answer a few questions.
1) Do they increase fuel mileage? If so, by how much? I am looking at the Mach 2s.
2)What type of increase in EGT's will I be looking at?
3)Do they smooth out the acceleration and idle?
Basically I am trying to find out if they work as advertised and are worth the money. Thanks

Do you have an outside clue on when? About how much? Will you be able to get tips only?

Still testing. I test things way past the norm you will see from most vendors.
Tips only? No. There are several bleed orifices that are smaller than .004" Just a slight piece of carbon( which is almost a certainty with the crud that builds up ) can enter easily into the injector body during disassembly and muck up things.
I never liked the idea of just changing nozzles. Although it would make my life much easier. In the end, bad things can happen.
Long term plans include getting the dealers I use supplied with the tooling and cleaning equipment needed to change the nozzles in their shops. This just gives another option for folks.

Same here on the beta for the 305/555. Long haul, lots of miles and sick to death of all the boxes I've tried. B1-04 and an OFE going in this friday...
