Yah, I just bought one too, my boost doesn't read over 32psi, and my fuel pressure doesn't work? My tranny temps will stick at 104 then after 20 mins of driving, it jumps up to 150? I just don't trust this guage right now... I'm hoping Quad's techs can fix.... I may change to the Edge guage???

Now, the first thing I would do is unplug the leadwire and see if the rest of the gauge works properly. It is possible for a thermocouple to go bad and it can cause things to act goofy.
If that is not it, the next thing you can do is update it to the latest version and see if was a software problem. I doubt it, but updating is easy and you never know?

If you call tech support they will send you a new one. It sucks that you have already had one but, when we are testing the monitors these sort of problems do not always show up because it usually takes 30 minutes to an hour or longer for the voltage regulator to get hot enough that you can see it.
Call tech and they will send a new one.

This is only evident on some of the last build we did. Evidentally the manufacture of a diode that we use for over voltage protection had parts that were mismarked. These are tiny little parts and they are stopping the signal from ever going over 4v to the microcontroller.
We can either replace it, I can email you and show you how to fix yourself, or we can fix the one you have? You can do it anyway you want.
Stuff like that drives you crazy. If you care to know more or in detail explanation of what is happening I can post some pictures and show you. It sucks when some of this stuff happens that you really cannot test or tell. The good news is that they are replacing them all for us, just a pain in my butt!
We figured this out this morning also, just so you know!

Service
Just to let you guys know.....I just order my Commander. It's this kind of service by Quad that makes me not worry about my purchase. This is the first Quad product I've ever ordered, but I'm sure it won't be the last. Quad is also a Texas based company so I have to give my Texas boys some love.

Quad...
So you found the fix for the Boost? If there is a simple fix, I'd love to have you PM me the instructions, if its pretty complex, I'd rather have you send out a new one....
I really like how the layout is and the flexibility of being able to monitor the different parameters... I'll wait out the fix for a while, just because I know you are a stand up guy, and like others have said.... you don't find the owner of a company on forums opening themselves up for criticism...
I need to call and verify whether your techs have shipped the fuel sender... It bothers me that the FP is a big zero on my pillar......
but I'm just paranoid....

It sounds like the ground has a problem. When the pro reads 1832 it is like it disconnected.
Now, the first thing I would do is unplug the leadwire and see if the rest of the gauge works properly. It is possible for a thermocouple to go bad and it can cause things to act goofy.

Sort of sounds like the thermocouple got shorted? This is assuming that once you removed the TC it went back to normal other than the egt readings?
If that is the case I would call Roark or jeremey and tell them to send you a new TC and you can tell them how you got to this point.
