Got the Commander in just now and picked my truck, module, and when I rev it up sitting I get no boost. Everything else seems to be working and I have not gone on a test run yet. I pulled the connector off the map sensor tap and turned it around and put it back on and nothing.

I had CEL and unhooked the batteries and hooked them back up and it went away. When I hooked the neg cables back up I got quite an arc, hook and doors were open, is this normal?

Now what did I do wrong???

Put it in gear and drive it then you'll have boost!!

I will go give it a shot but the directions said I should get 0-5 lbs sitting and reving it up. Thanks.

I've never gotten any boost just sitting there reving it up?? Analog or digital??? Give it a try and let me know...

I have never gotten any boost when revving it up either. I may just not be revving high enough though..... Lol

Now I have another problem with the XZT, I was rolling about 35 mph and pushed to go pedal not even wot and I hear a cool chirp from the rear, what could that be? WOOOHOOO

I had hearing aids on trail. I took them back today and now no more chrips.

I just had the same thing! check your onnections to the MAP sensor, and the connections under the dash( I jiggled mine a little and Boost started working) I get 0 at idle and I have to rev it up to get some readings.
