It's a common problem with the TST PowerMaxCR you have installed on your truck. Unfortunatley, it was an all too common problem on my '05 to the point of being annoying. They were never able to fix it, and I got tired of starring at my CEL so I returned my TST for a refund.
Here's the info off of TST's website:
Getting Crankshaft Position Sensor code P0336.
-Some trucks will get this code if you have a PMCR with serial number 2879 or under. It tends to occur most around 1100 RPM under load. It does not mean there is actually a problem and it can be ignored, but sometimes the engine will "stumble" or "hiccup" at low RPM under load. This problem can usually be fixed by reprogramming the PMCR module. There is no charge for the reprogramming to fix this code. If your PMCR serial number is 2880 or higher it has the latest fix for the P0336 code, so if you are still getting this code then there is currently nothing more we can do. It often helps to remove the timing harness and reconnect it to make sure the connectors are seated well. Don't use dielectric grease. It will not help and can actually make it worse. The connectors have seals that will keep moisture out. Make sure the Cam and Crank Sensor connectors are correct. It is possible to get them backwards. The connector farthest from the PMCR should go to the Crank Sensor, which is near the bottom of the engine, and the connector closest to the PMCR should go to the Cam Sensor, which is near the center of the engine. TST is continuing to try to resolve this issue. Check these FAQs for updates.

I throw that code every now and then. Not very often, maybe average once every three months or so. I just plug in the BDDL and clear it. Never has affected performance that I could tell. After reading the FAQ on TST site I don't worry about it. That is the only code the TST or TST with EZ has thrown in almost a year. Did throw a couple of P0088 high rail pressure codes with the BD Triple Dog Crazy Larry/TST/EZ stacked.

I can make my truck hiccup at 1100rpm if I want to, but there's no reason to lug my engine like that. Keep it over 1200 and you shouldn't see any codes.

I've had my TST on for over 30k and this is the first for me also, i was stuck in trafic and got lazy, and was puttin down the road in 3rd at about 1100 rpm, when the cel poped on.
Is this a code that will clear itself after a number of starts?
Thanks the info!

I get this more now with the new BDDL program stacked. It is still very, very infrequent and not an annoyance or performance problem. They (TST) have not yet found a solution. Mine will clear after a few starts or so. The code indicates it is a voltage out of range problem, but the testing at TST says otherwise. They simply don't know at this time what is causing this.
All I can say is that the TST box does in fact take control of the crank and cam signal.

I get it ALOT at the track when Im stacked with the Crazy Larry. It doesn't seem to affect anything. Just driving around I never get it. As long as I don't break something I can live with the little code that takes all of 5 seconds to get rid of

I threw it last night for the first time in many months. I kicked the TST up from 2/0 to 5/2 on a whem when a rice buzzer was playing around. I nailed it from a light leading to a highway and just ran off and left him. Noticed the CEL a little later. Plugged in the BDDL and cleared it as always and back to normal. 2/0 and driving my age.
