Having an extra set of hands on hand to get the brake into place is a good thing because there is a nasty little gasket you are supposed to use. Other than that it is just time consuming. I put mine in, I can pm you my cell number if you are having trouble you can call, but I doubt you will as the directions are quite good except for where to put one wire when you are hooking things up under the hood. You can see where it needs to go when you look at the wiring diagram in the back of the install manual.

It comes with everything you need. If this is your first one I would allow about 6 hours. Wiring is good as it is premade harnesses.. You will be removing the rear plug on the ecm to install some wires but thats nothing to get overstressed about.

Yes it is. However, I can get a PacBrake for the same price CAD and don't have to deal with brokerage fees...free shipping too within Canada.

Anyone know what it would take to put it on a 2004? Why are they 2004.5 and up?

04.5 and up due to the 4" turbo back exhaust, vs. 3.5" on the 03-04 trucks.
