I agree with bluechrome. I have had my "DiPricol RP Gauge" in my 2006 Dodge CTD CR for about six (6) months now with absolutely no problems at all.

I have had mine for a few months now just reading the HP side and so far no problems. I wonder if the sending units are bad and shorting the gauge>

I have the DiPricol RP gauge and it has its problems also.Worked flawlessly with a stock cp-3.Now with a modded cp-3 the readings are low sometimes after driving for 30 minutes or so.It will start off good and then read 3kpsi at idle and only read 20kpsi max at WOT.Kill the ignition and fire it back up and it goes back to reading right for a while.I have the inline resistor that was supposed to resolve the issue.Well it didn't!Still have the same problems.DiPricol will acknowledge that a modded pump is the cause but this resistor sure hasn't fixxed mine.

Well at least its working homewrecker! I think I will be going this route, being it is analog and IMO cooler to look at.

I just checked to see is Westach makes one, no luck (at least on Geno's site). I wonder how much the DiPricol matches the Westach.

I had several problems with the Di-pricol RP gauges with the old harness where you had to scotch-lock into the factory harness, but these new plug in harnesses have seemed to fix the problem.

Some trucks would lope, sputter, or just not even start, then on some the gauge was just very inaccurate. But like I said the new harnesses are much better.

Yep, I have the DiProcol hooked up after the Quad and they read pretty much the same.

Thanks for the info. I will probably be going this route. 250 bucks is alot of dough for a single gauge though. Ifanyone has one to sell, feel free to PM me. I prefer one with the newer harness.

Is it really quick to respond, accurate at the right time per se? thats alot of movement for a gauge to make constantly!

I just bought a Dipricol optix rp gauge last week from geno's and it came in yesterday. Do you think mine has this new and upgraded harness? How do you tell if its the new and upgraded harness?
