OK Dan, how is it we are never there at the same time??? So I can pull you out that is...
Seriously, my neighbor is the owner of Hangtown 4x4 and has a nice 70's chevy swb truck riding on 42's (procomp X terrain) and had a hard time in the snow... well at least harder than I would have thought given how high he is... had to do some shoveling for him a couple of times.

8 PSI ??!!
They look awful inflated for only having that much air?
That's sweet! I should've deflated mine last week and saved 3hrs of being in the middle of nowhere!!

First pic in the snow was at 10 front 8 rear, other pics were at street psi.
You HAVE to air these heavy truck's down when playing in the snow. I got lazy one year and got stuck and broke an inner axle shaft all because I was too lazy to air down and though I could do what I did the day before when I aired down.

That Central 4 Wheel Drive wouldn't happen to be around Folsom would it? We had them put a Magnaflow exhaust on my dads truck a couple years back.
Where did you take those pictures at? A couple of buddies and I would head up your way every year to have a little fun in the snow on some old fire trails.
Nice looking rig!

Are you going to keep them on? Will you be regearing? 4.10? Or do you already have 4.10? Otherwise the loss of power has to be huge w/ those things.
