I dont see the bddl adding total press. Even on Crazy Larry settings my rail does not go over 24.5 k. It brings press up with less throttle but the max press does not change. I have never run extreme because I updated to Crazy Larry before I installed it in my truck. On 04.5 and newer trucks it is one of the best downloaders. On 03-04 I believe the Smarty is your best bet, on 600 motors the smarty and crazy larry are both great options. Tim
