Bully Dog PMT ?
This connects to ONLY the OBD-II connector, and one power lead, correct?
It reads EGT temps w/o a probe?
This sounds great if true.
I'm guessing this is a calculated value, and you find the baseline values for certain conditions, and make set points from there.
This would be great, as I have extended warranty, and do not wish to drill into the manifold.

Bully Dog PMT ?
Hmm, I'm seeing the manual that it DOES have EGT probes.
However, this review says they did NOT use probes.

Ahh, that reveiw was on a 6.7 truck.
Thanks for pointing that out to me, I overlooked that part.
Hehe, guess I was reading what I wanted to "hear".

That is correct all of the vehicle data is read through the OBDII port and then there is a key on power wire.
The pyro hooks to a box under the hood and then one wire is run through the fire wall for the PMT.
