I'm just in a good mood this morning and it makes me even happier to know im an owner of a good hardworking American piece of magic. Now that i made the switch back from the smarty i no longer need to stay stacked to maintain the amount of power i want. (Sorry Quad, i like your chip but now its gone since all i needed was the BD.)

I can only imagine what woudve happened if EPA didnt get involved and they stayed interested in for performance for our trucks. The programs i run are older and may not be as updated as smarty but it still turns my truck into a beast.

All in all my name is Andrew and i'm a Bullydog addict...

OK guru's....explain these versions (below) to me so I know what I've got now...I'm confused. Was on 2.4.1 and ran the updater online. Not sure what I'm on now I can't find a cable just yet.

2.2.7t (Scarry Larry)

2.4.1
2.4.3
2.4CT
2.4D (Crazy Larry)
Pedifile Larry (version?)

What pre-dates what and what's in each. Googling it makes for a mess of contradicting info.

Sounds like I should just install 2.4D like I planned and live with it.

if you have an 06 with an auto 2.4.1 or 2.4d is your best option they are the same tune and work the best on the 06 trucks by far. the only difference is 2.4d is the last of the beta versions that was made and 2.4.1 is what they called it when they put it on there website as an update. sl was wrote for an 05 auto and man its great on there ut nothing stands up to pl on an 05 truck imo i have ran them all and the 2.4ct and sl pretty well mirror each other 2.4.1 on an 05 is slower than sl or ct but on the 06 will out do pl i cannot explain why but from what i ave seen and whitnessed thts what seems to work. hope this helps
