is this a fully built tranny or just a torque converter and valve body

its a TC,VB, billet input, and flexplate......

i aint had time to call him, i farm, and its always 7:00 before i get in, and its hard to get time to set down and call someone... i'll probally have to wait till the season slows down after halloween to do something.... thanks
