ok ! idont want to mess with the box just plug in and get mega miles per gallon( ok 15 while towing and 20 every day would be great ) and not have to put a 5000 trans in it to hold up i drive very easy because of the 48re . only so much cash and it goes in the race truck just ask my wife !!! thanks for the input!! just got a letter from banks to day a sale!! return stuff still can afford it but oh well . quad box ithink it is

hmmmmmmm just talked to banks can buy complete exhaust del to door for 530.00 and high ran intake for 275 dont know which way to go now this stuff or box cant afford both. anybody running this stuff? does it help maybe i need new thread? now im really confused lol

The high ram won't help unless BIG H.P. and then it helps lower Egt's. The exhaust yes.I'm no box expert by any means but Quad has been great on this site.The Quad tow box is simple and designed to not have to use exhaust and intake mods etc.Just my simple opinion if I had drivers that did not own the trucks etc.Contact them and ask.

I would go with the box, if you looking for increased mileage.....just my opinion. I have the monster exhaust, I like it, but mine didn't increase the mileage any.

My 03 showed a instant 1 mpg increase give or take.Not the 03 had a smaller exhaust then a 04.5 up to start with.O5 and 06 have a full four inch exhaust to start with.03 did not.You could just use a differant muffler like the Rokktech silent might.Save a bunch of coin.

well i think im going with the xzt box. no having to dail it in stuff just run with it . s&b intake, some kind of muffler not sure what one yet, and maybe taller tires? 315s would give me better milage but not sure of what i would lose? thanks for all the help!!!!
