No - I said I don't like digital gauges - electronic are fine... give me a needle and I'm happy.
Meters are a different story - I'll take digital every time.

At 53 psi on the intake you could have 70psi on the cylinder side...which could pop a head gasket and egt's spiral too high after 44psi from what I 've read on hear. Remember that setting for when you get a nice durable 62/64 14 71 turbo. If you blow the turbo....its not the metal you will be worried about...it is the oil that leaks into the hot air flow and feeds the engine into a run away....lots of fuel no control ...5000rpm...rod through block. Make no mistake, I'm not out playing with this... It just happened one day, and it made me nervous.
I have an electronic wastegate, how do I control the boost? If I use the edge to control boost, won't it de-fuel instead of blowing off boost?
Which still leads back to my origional question... Why all of a sudden?
