boost gauge

where do you install the pressure sencer?

I used a boost bolt. Take out one of the intake manifold bolts and replace. The boost bolt had a hole through it and was threaded at the top to accept the correct fittings.

The shop I had mine done drilled the Intake manifold. Right in the back!! Seems to work just fine!

i have one in the intake manifold and the other in the s pipe between hairdryers.
the boost bolt is a quick, cheap, easy, and reliable method too.

I also used the intake manifold. I put the sensor right in the back facing the firewall. It works just fine.

can you drill and tap the air horn going into the manifold?

Yes you can. That's what I meant to say. I took the air horn off, drilled and tapped it. It took about 15 minutes.

Good deal. I love the DTR. So much info. I put my gauges in about two days ago and it's so nice to see what my engine is doing.
