Yeah the checksum is getting to be sporatic now....I never got it before unless I was running the TST on 18 degrees timing auto or 12 degrees manual. I used to get it at start up or idle down. Truck seems to run smooth once it gets warm....a lot of short trips and it runs like crap. The 0700 0720 are my problems because of the engine swap and they probably don't help the 0602 either as with or without the smarty the truck bobble when you are slowing down....sometimes I'm in od at 15mph and the rpms are low. With Smarty the truck shifts better than before it. I just can't wait till the Hot Smarty is available as my truck is loving sw9 now but it would love sw9 HOT. thanks, ks

I've got code 0602 and the truck runs great w/ and w/o it.

It's hard to check the DTC codes constantly but I think my 602 and 720 seem to set at the same time....Once the truck is warmed and the tranny is warmed the roughness seems to go away....I'm going to change ECM's this week and see if I can get the 700 and 720 to disappear for good. Is the 602 there all the time....and what causes it....the timing manipulation. After having a truck with a miss for a year...with a dropped valve seat....I'm very sensitive to engine sounds....Truck is running 100% smoother on SW 9 than any other setting...with my current light mods. ks

Hey Bob, I emailed you and pm'd you with no response about getting the sept. version of the stock injectors/stock turbo mild TM, i want to get this version back instead of the nov one that i just downloaded. I have the Smarty S-06 as well.

I am digging Madselectronics. It does 3 things that are friggin' radical. No footprint, great customer care, and really low EGT's. I expected the first two before I bought the Smarty, I was shocked at how much cooler it runs than my Diablo or Superchips.

Just purchased the Smarty Jr. last week...arrived Friday. I haven't had a chance to get busy with it since my truck has been in the shop, though. As soon as I get it back, the Smarty Jr. will be pressed into service. Thanks for the quick shipping, Bob!
