Bob/Marco just loaded smarty revo r major problems!

Bob/Marco,
Just loaded the smarty revo r into my 03. We loaded it up on #9 put the rail pressure on 2 injector timing on 3 torque management on 4. And it seemed like it wanted to runaway. We then back all the adjustable settings back to stock and took the catcher to #8 and it idles like Scheids modified truck! We then took the truck back to stock and now it won't start! Help! Wish I could post the vid up of it idling pretty wild. Doesn't seem right at all!!!

Take it off, the Revo and 03s don't all seem to get along. I will be waiting and watching to see what all happens as I can't use the TNT OR Revo due to a tranny issue caused by the TNT/Revo. It might be in my tranny(we'll see Monday, I doubt it), but only the TNT/Revo brings it out. Stick with what works for you!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear about the trouble guys. Bob and Marco will get this fixed ASAP when they see the thread.

I emailed both Bob and Marco a link to this thread.

On another note I had a similar problem with my 04.5 a while back but it turned out that my TS Ramifier (MP8) was turned up too high causing a high rail pressure and timing issue. Sounded about the same and barely wanted to run and would start to run away to redline if I touched the throttle sometimes.

Sorry to hear of your troubles, but that sounds sweet!!!!!!!!!

I'm sure Bob and Marco will get it resolved for ya...

I can see it now, guys will be sending PM's to Bob to get a setting added to the Smarty to cause that idle...

What's the rail pressure at idle?

Justin, what was your rail pressure at idle back when you experienced something similiar?
