Here are the pics. All that you need to do is pull the headlight housing, and bake it in the oven on a low temp for 10 or so min to get the glue to loosen up. Then start to pry it apart. The hardest part is getting all the glue off so i baked mine a few more times to help remove the rest of it. When everything is pulled apart clean the piese that want to paint well and spray it with the color of paint that you want them to be. The chrome stuff takes a little while cover so spray them quite a few times so the paint doesnt run. Let all the paint dry and put them back together, i used RVT to seal everything and have not had any problems.

Be careful. Theres lots of info that says it wont work with the 06 headlights. You might want to get a spare and try it on that first. Id love to get it to work and then paint my headlights the same color as the truck.

I dont think it will work on the 06 and newer trucks. As for temp i dont really remember but I think it was as low as the oven would go. I wouldnt go over 200. You just need enought heat to get the glue to let go a little.
