Bilsten Shock Question
My wife said that my truck feels like she's ridding in a basket ball!!! I decided to replace the stock shocks on my truck with a set of Bilsten 5100's to help solve this problem. I had these on my last truck and really liked them. While I was checking several websites I came across these part numbers - BE5-6681-H5 & BE5-6641-H5. Do these part numbers look right? It also looks like you can get the 5100's in a Zinc plated finish. Does anyone have this finish?

I have:
6647-H5
6681-H5
The H5 code is Zinc.
They probably wont get rid of the bounce, but you will notice some improvement. Not sure what your part #'s go to. Check www.jackit.com

Allshocks.com has them for 69 bucks a pop, that's the best i've seen so far.

If I'm reading the Bilstein web site correctly, it says 6681 and 6647 for LIFTED trucks ('03 and '04), and "in development" for standard (non-lifted suspensions). Is this really the case, or can you use these without lifts?
