I did the big line kit and i did the inlet side of my stock fuel filter housing with this http://www.glacierdieselpower.com/pr...=9852-0509-FIK it does not feel any different power wise but Idling is much smoother.

your injectors will thank you. should be fine w/ stock lift pump but low press. fuel gauge at CP3 inlet is a good idea. I would put on the cat 2um filter instead

I've got GDP's cylinder head mount Big Line kit. Fits great.

Should be no problem installing the big line kit with the 2mic filter on a stock truck. I installed the big line kit when I put my filter on.

I've been doing this debate myself. I'd like a 2mic filter kit for Christmas.

The difference I see is the $40. But I'm trying to be reasonable about spending. $159 for the MK2 kit. $199 for the MK2 and big line kit. The big line kit alone is $69. So for the package, yes it makes sense. But for spending in general, it's still $40.

I think what's most important is getting the better filtration on there. It'll keep the truck healthy. I'm not quite sure what the upgrade would be with the big line kit. But I don't see it being as vital to the health of the truck like the filter is. I'm thinking save the big line kit and inlet for a later time.

Ya, that's my debate. Is the Big Line worth it on a stock truck.
