Big Fuel Kit, Return Line
I have a Big Fuel kit with a 2 micron filter, and before it gets installed I was wondering how the return line works since I am bypassing the fuel bowl?
Does it work normally?
Since I am not useing the fuel bowl, will I have any lights come on like "water in fuel" or "low pressure".
What are the sensors on the bowl for?
Will it still have fuel pressure in the bowl?
All your help is apreciated

More flow and better filtration. Look at Glacier's Big fuel kit.
Check it out....

There would be pressure from the return line, because it still runs through the bowl. I would think?????? I not sure...
I just don't use a sig.

Ohhh, it sounds like you're doing the fuel pump also. Okay, I'm not so confused anymore.

I am replacing the whole system, from the pickup tube to the CP3. In the glacier kit you have to cut the stock harness at the factory pump and hose clamp everything together. Its not like I NEED stainless, I just like it to look better, last longer, and be more efficient for my pump.

i still want to see this kit, still planing to install it this weekend?....but unfortunately for me, my DTT guy called yesterday and said he has become a GDP dealer because i wanted a kit...so now he is going to order and install all Glacier stuff on my truck as soon as i get the $. The FASS required a much larger hole than the GDP kit, so he is going to have to re-use the fass pick up from the tank. I don't know what your dad is gonna have to do for a fuel pick up line?
