best dual disk????

anyone running the south bend dd with the springs? is it good for over 550hp

1000fpt? what about sled pull?

sled pullin, get at least a 3850. I have the 3600 unsprung with 4 pulls many drags. Great clutches.

If your really serious about the sledpulling I would go with the solid hub DD from southbend.
3850 or 4200 12CB or 12FB sounds like what you want.

Solid hubs cant break springs cause they dont have any!

No if your REALLY serious get the triple disk from southbend. Takes some trimming but it fits in the NV5600 pretty nice and is surprisingly streetable.

No, I'm not but Ted ran one in his nv last year. The transmission stays put but a modified arm had to be made and you need to do some trimming in the bellhousing. Southbend has the arms in stock and pics of what needs trimmed, from what I understand there's a few people running them. Ted's also got a custom 3 disk Crower that fits in an nv. (not very streetable though)
