Best adj on the fly power box????
who do you think makes the best adj on the fly power box for an 06 CTD. I don't want to stack, i'm going to strait pipe it and add an air box. I'd like something i can tow with and have fun with(smoke). And i don't want anything that will mess up the motor. maybe Edge, Banks, BD-power, Bullydog(but no on the fly), Quadzilla,.........
Thanx for the help, and I know i need guages.
And i don't care about price(Banks)

The Edge EZ, on the higher levels, makes some high pressure...
I like the Quadzilla box. Makes nice power and is affordable. If I could have stacked mine with the TST I'd still own it.....

One more for Edge Juice. It's a little on the pricey side, but you save money in not having to buy and install guages. The Additude monitor displays everything you need. The safety features are a great reason also to go with it.

If I had a new '06, I'd be getting the Edge Juice with the A2 monitor. If you don't want to spend that much, get the regular Attitude monitor. The 04.5 and up Juice modules do not add pressure. You can upgrade the module to make somewhere around 180hp if your trans and turbo have been upgraded. Plus, when you're ready, you can stack it with a pressure box like the EZ, which for 04.5 and up is also adjustable.
My next truck will probably get the Edge treatment. I went too far with my current one. I think I'll purchase a '07 5.9 and just go with the one module.

Either auto or stick you'll still need to upgrade your transmission. A t/c & v/b for auto. A clutch for stick.
As for boxes, Edge J/A or A2 stacked with either MP-8 or EZ you can't go wrong.
