Until tonight, a drop-in under rail. Flatbed going on.

Boss and his sister have a over-rail drop-in liner in their trucks. A co-worker of mine has a Rhino spray-in (under-rail) liner. Whoever did the install did a very nice, clean job.

Like that things don't slide around on the spray on. Drop-in seems to cushion the bed better, preventing dents. Drop-ins can, but not always, cause the paint on the bed to get rubbed off and rust.

LINE-X Spray in over the rail is the only way to go. It give you the best protection ever. Then if yo want yo can go an put a Bed-Rug on top of that so yo won't hurt your knees

On this truck I went with the Rhino liner and am glad I did. I had retaining wall blocks loaded with a fork-lift that dragged all the way in without even a scratch on the liner.

A $50.00 bed mat.used one in last several trucks.Easy to remove and as long as its in the bed I could care if inside of bed gets a ding or a scratch.Its a TRUCK.For what a spray in costs I got my tool box and side step rails.

I've got a drop-in bedliner simply because it was in the truck when I got it. It's my first and probably my last drop-in. My previous two trucks had Line-X spray ins, I liked them much better. No slip, no cheesy looking shine, no problems.

I have the Xtreme spray-in liner (like Linex). The liner also comes over the top of the side and tailgate to prevent scratching there. Real happy with it. My previous liner was an under-the-rail drop-in. Every time I hauled loose material some ended up between the liner and the bed which led to a lot of abrasion. The only way to get it all out was to remove the liner. I also have a hard tonneau cover. I used the cover as a pattern to mark how far the spray-on liner would come over the sides so that it would not be visible with the cover closed.

Line-X unde rail Looks the best and goes on the best, even and consistant, almost looks like it come from the factory! Government uses it too.

niether it works as a farm truck and i need to be able to slide 1000# plus pounds to the front of the bed frequently so the spray on is useless to me the drop in you can slide stuff on but it causes just as many scratches and dents you just don't see them until you remove the liner

Line-X over the rail. Very happy with it. Had drop in's before but in my opinion you can't beat the spray in. As far as line-x or rhino, who ever is closer or gives the best deal. We have both types at work and either one is fine.

I still use a mat over the Line-X in mine cause I carry plastic injection molds which are essentially large blocks of steel that will slide on any bedliner.

Rhino applied before I had the 5er hitch installed. 28K on the Ram, 18K towing 10K# 5er. No issues with anything on the Ram . The 5er is another story

I have Zolatone. It is a spray-in liner that is the same material as the Rhino, except it come clear. When the body shop sprayed the blue on the sides, in the center, of the truck, they used the same paint tint in the bed liner. This way, if it does scratch, it will be hard to see because the color is all the way thru the bed liner. I will try to get some pics. up of the paint job and bed linersoon.
