BD exhast brake?
1st, I know I've been asking a lot of questions lately....so sorry
Was quoted $1400 for the BD e-Brake installed. Is that a decent price, and is it a decent e-brake?
VISA is sure lovin' me lately...

PADZZ - I had a BD in my '89 auto CD and it worked OK, but I had the factory Jake installed in my '03 stick HO and like it a lot better. Now, I don't know if the difference in performance is due to the sluch box vrs the stick, or the 1st generation CD vrs the HO, or a combination of them all. Still in all, I love the Jake. Going down most long - up to 10 mile grades with the trailer, I can control my speed by shifting down to fifth, and then turning the Jake on and off.
