Several other brands had problems with their intercoolers taking dumps on them.....

I agree with Justin on this one 100%. I've watched a few blow at high boost pressure. Performance is number one when you are buying a intercooler, but a close second is reliability. I have never seen a Banks blow yet!

I would try the blem sale if you want a banks. I had never heard of that but if its just 700 you'll get no better deal. I would wait for the test results from the big bird unless yer in a pickle.

I'm looking forward to a direct comparison. Priorities are fit, reliability, and performance, in that order. Every time boost swings past 30lb, I'm waiting for the big whoosh of departing plastic side tanks.

It would be nice to get past that.
