For use at sanctioned racing events only
I wonder if that's just a disclaimer attached, or would the truck need some other mods to make sure the fuel air mixture is right?
Nice looking piece though! I thought about it myself. But with the price of fuel being so dang high, I have no money left over for mods these day's.
I am putting money into the Harley instead and trying to ride it more often and save the dough instead of giving it to the rich greedy oil tycoons !!!!! They can kiss my butt!

I wondered the same thing. The same way that my silverline said that if the truck had a cat, it could only be used off road from now on if you installed their turbo back...
29 stumps, huh?

Better than Iraq I guess, although the extra cash was nice in Iraq.

So how much you guys paying for Diesel in Beaufort?
It's 4.17 on base and 4.49 in town.
Sometimes I miss the East Coast, but don't miss the humidity, or the skeeters, no-seums, or deer flies!

My buddy has one...It actually works pretty good in a high hp setup.
We are running the same turbos and setup (he has bigger injectors and the banks intake). I make a bit more than 70psi boost and he only makes 45psi.
Since boost is a measurement of restriction I'd say it works.....His low egt's are further proof of this.

Intake
This part is a cast aluminum piece. I would be afraid because All
molded parts have porosity. There has been posts of there Intake
breaking which would be made the same way,

I knew that was coming...
Must be nice to get diesel on base... 4.09-ish in town. I'm about to go find some station fuel love...
So... would it hurt a low HP guy like me?
Hmm, I have not heard this before. You're saying that there are gaps in the metal? Causing it to break? That sounds bad. Right into the valves... then pistons...

I remember when this was first discussed...wasn't it said that the head would have to be machined to accept this or to remove the stock piece and the cost wasn't funny? Does anyone know about this?

There are small pores in all molded parts they will let
go at the weakest point. I have been A machinist
for 40 years. I have seen this many times.
This has nothing to do with Banks. This has to do with the
way the part is made. If I were buying this, I would ask
them if they would pay for all damage if part ever let go.
The head would need to be machined to accept this.
This has no place for a grid heater, warm climate only.
