ball joints

I saw a thread about the ball joints going out on these trucks and what to do about it but cant find it. Im getting the steering pull that was mentioned in the thread. Has anyone gone in to the dealership for corrections and if so what did you say? Has anyone come across this problem?

Give it some time bud. Remember, it was midnight when you posted (at least here in Texas) and a lot of people are asleep. DTR is my life thus why I'm on here.

Do a search on ball joints.
Tons of them fail in 3rd gen trucks.
I had a really bad upper joint at 22k miles.

PourinDiesel....I saw the videos....yours didn't wear out... they left in protest to the abuse. Mine lasted for 130k miles and the bottoms were still ok not good....ok. I replaced them with MOOG adjustables......do a search on MOOG and you'll find the posts with the part numbers. I used the stockers on the bottom as the first ones lasted 130k and I was happy with that. KS
