Hey Mike sorry I missed ya today man, did you roll today? I was really lookin forward to being there but family has to come first. Im not gonna be able to make it tomorrow either but I "WILL" be at Lloyd's Open House at his new shop to run on his dyno.

Im gonna do the install of this kit first thing in the morning and get pics of the install and side by side pics of the stock parts and Johns kit.... so stay tuned!!

Oh and John's said his kit will be the same price as the Arson kit!!

guys guys! I believe john to be a real stand up guy. The real problem that i see here is that we all want power and we want it NOW! I understand everyones frustration with floor it, however, lets back up just a few moments and rediscover who it is that has made the most power on a single pump. Its john. He is having personal issues that he is dealing with and that takes up time (as we all understand). I personally am self employed and i realize that when an issue comes in the personal manner, all of us that are self employed must know that there is gonna be a down time. Right? John has been a fantastic guy to work with as far as i am concerned and everything that he has got a hand in is ALWAYS top knotch. We all realize that, otherwise we wouldnt be fighting and bickering about how long this "stuff" takes! How about we all just relax a minute, try to understand that his father has been and may be right now in surgery or the hospital, and maybe the guy deserves a break to just sit back and try to deal with some family issues. Not the bashing that I see goin on here. To all that have met JT I think we all understand that he is a wonderful person, and we all wish the best to John, his family, as well as JT and his family. Thanks John for ALWAYS!!!!!!! returning my calls on time and delivering your products promptly as promised. Maybe these people need a lesson on pr. Or just baasic concern for humanity.

Rpainter, just went back and tried to re read this, what is it that you paid for and are waiting on? you send a deposit or paid in full ?? Or did something break that needs to be replaced ???

 

I am need of a modded fca in which I offered to repay john for and he told me that he wanted me to try a different cut fca and cascade valve. Also was told it was done and ready to ship numerous times. just trying to find if the parts have been shipped. truck is surging terrible with the convertor locked.

 

I understand johns father is very ill and in the hospital hope the very best for him and a speedy recovery. I am not trying to bash john I know full well that he makes great parts and that is the main reason I really dont want to stick a different cut fca into his pump not knowing what it will do. And as far as wanting my good fast parts now, I have been waiting on replacement parts to try to cure my surging problems since the first week in March. I have talked to johns wife and john himself and was told by both that the parts was ready,boxed and waiting to be shipped. That was middle of april.John told me in may that he has just gotten the cascade valve done and was going to overnight it to me. two weeks later he told me he was out of new cascade valves and had to wait until he got more. Sent me a message last week saying my parts was finished and he was going to mail the parts out along with the other guys bag of parts kits. I have called the shop,sent messages to him and tried calling his cell. No reply to anything. Just waiting on a answer. I am not trying to be a butt just asking about my stuff.

 

I too feel for John at this time and my prayers go out to him and his family, having said that I also hope John brings this thread to a close by squaring up with Rpainter soon

You have handled this better than anyone. Sadly, sometimes the one who screams the loudest gets first run. Not right by a long shot, but I have watched John try to make too many happy at once, many times and someone always ends up at the end of the line. Now with Pops in and out of the hospital, things go even slower. Pops is a critical part of the pump building process.

Robert, kudos for you. I hope things get settled soon. I know this isn't how John likes to do business, and I can only imagine how much this wieghs on him.
