Just wondering if anyone had been in contact with them, they have had my pump for 3 weeks and i have tried to get in touch with them to check on the status.

Erick did he/they give you a date on getting it back, or did you just say get it back to me you can?
With both of my pumps (actually 3 now) I've just told them when I needed it and it was a day late on all 3.. But only a day.
I am about to send him one back that seems to be not building pressure properly, and I wanna make sure it's not gonna dissapear for half a year.

I know John is hard to get a hold of, but I have to say every time I have been at his shop the phone was always ringing off the hook. If he were to answer the phone every call, he wouldn't have time to do anything else. I am not making excuses for him, and I know he can be a bit slow, but he has always been worth the wait as far as I am concerned.

ok guys here's some info.ive been in contact with jon and his wife a bunch of times in the last 2 week's.i sent him a check for a stage 3 , stayed on him and had it 4 weeks later.anyway his health took a little turn for the worst again, and hes been in and out of the hospital, he still has 2 other family member's working. there also exspanding right now to.hes a good guy, trust me, you will recieve your pump. there awesome to.

Thanks for the update Mulisha. I will send my pump out to them then and just keep on them to get it back. Hope John's ok. I've spent hours on the phone with him. He really is a very good guy.

I know i am hard to get ahold of, right now is even worse. I think things will be ok health wise doc's just concerned on some internal stiches that might be pullin. We are trying to get the pump room back together and has been 3 times lomger than i could have ever imagined!! With the new pump room all my part reputation of taking so long will be gone!!!! I am truley sorry guys and these pumps will get done ASAP! I'm leaving for Texas right now for a dyno event in Alvarado,TX. I will be back sunday and alot of certain guys pumps here will go back together then and get out monday!!
