Man that is a bummer. That happened to my friend also, woke up in the morning and the truck was in the middle of his street. Where did those suckers think they were gonna go pushing that beast. I guess they realized that it was a no go when they hit the dip of the gutter and could not push it out. Glad to hear that it is still safe man, your rig is sweet and it would be a shame to see it gone. Check out a train horn set up and wire that to your alarm that would alert the block and hopefully give the burglar a heart attack in the process. Hmmm....maybe that will be my next addition......

LOL!! Will look into that right now!! A couple of air tanks from a semi and a decent compressor and a 5 trumpet set.

I was thinking that a basic alarm system and rather having it send the electrical signal to the POS siren that comes with it, have it send the signal to an electric over air solenoid. I had a 5 trumpet set on my Peterbilt and it was FRIGGEN LOUD.

Yeah that would work, you could have a seperate selonoid that is connected to the tanks and ran to the trumpets. When the alarm is tripped it will open and empty the tanks into the horns and in theory should give you a good 5 seconds or more of full on 150 psi down to 0 of air time. That would make some ears bleed. Or a reserve tank that can be aired up manually dedicated to the alarm wiring and alarms, leaving it ready to go at any time. Make it happen man, you could then pitch it to Revleco and make millions as an addition to their system.

For real though, I think the solenoid idea just might work. As for the millions, just kick me a down a couple and I will be cool

The ravelco can be disabled with a jumper wire if the thief is smart enough...

I bypassed on for a lovely stranded misses with a Ford that lost the plug at a horse show in 15 minutes...

I vote for an alarm too...loud...and a big dog in the yard.

Not to start a war but I HIGHLY doubt it was a ravelco and if it were, whoever installed it did a crappy job. I have watched several be installed and it takes darn near 3 hours to install one if done correctly and can not be just "jumpered" The old flat black type systems can be though.

Not starting a war either...just concerned.

I always stick to the "never put all of your eggs in one basket theory"...

I like the air horn idea...a 15 second 150 db blast would wake the dead...and make his ears bleed.
