You can see them go (briefly) WOT at the end of the run with the 350Z.
Tim Barber (TRE) and Loyd Mills(Mid Atlantic) have experience running big injectors in different year common rail trucks. I can only tell you what works well in the 2007 so I would suggest calling them for experience with 03-06 years.
I believe Tim runs 6.2's in his 2004?!

Ive ran 2.0, 3.5's, 4.3's and now 5's on an 05. The 3.5's worked well in my application with a smaller set of twins. Was able to make just over 700hp with BD twins, dual pumps and a Smarty. Not sure the max HP can be met with the 3.3/3.5 injector.
With the 03 you can run a little larger stick, one less injection event can allow for some of the bigger sticks on the street.
Too big creates its own set of problems and will decrease your power.

Just jump in at 2 to 2.5's...and find out. They can always grow!
I THINK WE All need to remember...as the hp goes up...it takes A LOT more attention to detail when driving...to prevent smoke...to watch temps...etc etc.
The "settings" I daily drive and tow on are around 700 and change...and I am nuts. The only other person that could drive my truck (that I trust at least) is my brother....others would melt it down in miles. I have a funky spot I like the converter to lock up....and a few other quirks that if you don't know what button to push when...the truck is hard to drive.
Not for me though...its the way I like it...and it is FAST all the time...lol. Towing anything.
Anyways...start low...and build up.
Flux 3.3's will make 800 plus with the right turbos and tuning.

the 5's have a slight timing rattle, but nothing too bad. The 5.6's were smooth as silk and had no noise at all. Keep in mind though the 06 and 07 trucks seem to rattle more than the 04.5 and 05 trucks.
