I've been using one for a year and a half on my '04. No problems. I got one of the early ones before they started pre drilling for the pyro probe. Just got finished drilling. The heater hose bracket is a bit of a pain when reinstalling but that's about it.

Wap, They tend not to crack because the expansion and contraction of the metal only covers 3 cylinders instead of 2. Most compound turbo set ups use the 3 piece 2nd gen manifolds. Both flow exhaust alot smoother. ks

You wont see any HP gain but it will let your truck run cooler and allow you to either add more power without cracking or just let you run your truck without having to worry about it cracking.

Does anybody know if the 3 piece unit on there site with the high temp coating will fit the 600? I would think that setup would work a little better.
Also was wondering if you port there manifold if you will have any new cracking issues. I just figured if there was much gain to be had by porting, why wouldnt they just send them out this way.

The 3 piece is positioned for a 98-02 engine.
The 2 piece is for the 03-06.
Either one would fit on either engine but wouldnt work correctly with your stock turbo and exhaust etc.

So will does the stock turbo have a different mounting flange or is it something else? I guess Im just wondering if I need to wait until I do a turbo swap or if I can use one of these manifolds with both setups. I would hate to buy a 4-500 dollar manifold and then be forced to purchase a new one when I switch turbos.
