So does the ats intake&exhaust manifold a good upgrade to look into or are they just a waste of money?

I am waiting on getting mine back from being coated. supposedly, the exhaust manifold is bigger on the 5 and 6 ports, and is 2 piece, so it wont crack like the stocker. I dont know about the intake, but it seems better than stock
