ATS Exhaust Manifold

Has anyone had any problems with the 2 piece manifold leaking at the joint? If so How did you go about fixing that? Mine leaks so bad that I watch smoke come out of the cowl on my hood when I am hard on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jason

I have a 3-piece and no leaks at all. they could have cast it wrong or with the way it is designed to expand under heat one side might be getting hotter than the other causing an uneven expansion. you should contact ats and see if they would exchange it for you. if not you could weld it up as a last resort but that would defeat the purpose of it being 2 pieces it world be just like stock but might flow better

That is weird. Mine came joined together at the right place so it bolted in. I agree w/Nohel, see what ATS says. How long have you had it?
