Just go to an auto parts store and ask for high temp RTV. They will show you right where it is.
It is just labeled high temp, and it comes in different colors. I would recommend black for your application. There are acouple different kind of high temp RTV, one is "sensor-safe" and the other isn't. You don't need the sensor safe stuff.

That should be ok. There is RTV that goes to much higher temps than that, and I would be more comfortable with higher though. The oil should not really see temps above 400* itself, but there is heat soak from the metal to be aware of.

Chris, i would change the gaskets. They are a little expensive, about $50 here for a set of 6. But there is not a lot of torque used on the manifold bolts for one, I think about 18ft lbs., and it is very good insurance for another; especially going from one manifold to a different one.

The stock mani torque specs are 32 ft lbs, I just put a turbo on and pulled the whole manifold, I reused the gaskets between the manifold and head and no problems so far.

I did mine w/the old coppers. It is all good. If for some reason you get a leak some day, it is just 12 bolts, a cylinder at a time. You could do the job in 2-3 beers time.
