Anyone tried these air horns (train horns)..
Has anyone tried these horns???
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...ksid=p3907.m32
I currently have the siege engineering "hammer4" horns and they sound pretty loud, but I want a deeper sound... I want a sound more like a barge has instead of a train...
I thought of buying a set of these and adding them to my current horns, but I don't know if they will be equal in loudness...
I know that the bigger the bellow the deeper the sound, and these seem to be very large in dia compaired to my hammer4's...
Any other ideas on how to get the "barge sound" other then giving a homeless junkie a $100.00, hack saw, a life vest and cab ride to the tug boat yard ....

OK I found the "tone" I am looking for...

now I just need to find someone that produces a horn with this sound that doesn't cost $12,535.00 to make the sound... That's right, I was quoted that price (less shipping) for those horns .... So who makes a jap. knock off of something like this...
